Making Property Enquiries

Are you ready to make a booking?
Holidaylease.com recommends that potential renters, or their agents, confirm all the terms of the proposed rental
contract in writing in advance of the rental, either by email or by post.
Make sure you are happy with every aspect of the booing before you confirm.
Making sure it all goes smoothly
Make sure that you have all the relevant contact details for anyone should something go wrong while you are away.
Do you have a local contact telephone number for someone locally that could assist you if you have any problems
while you are renting?
If when you return from your holiday/vacation you find it necessary to complain to the owners of your rental please
make sure you have contact them while you are ‘in resort’. Telling the owner once you are home,
that the cooker ‘broke’ on the first day is no good if you didn’t inform them at the time as you
have not given them the opportunity to rectify the problem.
Liability
Holidaylease.com takes no responsibility for negotiations between its property owners
and site visitors making property enquiries. We accept no liability for any problems arising
out of those negotiations. Owners are advised to have a legal contract between themselves and
tenants and are also advised to arrange full insurance cover for their holiday property.
Holidaylease.com is not liable for loss of income due to last-minute cancellations, damage to property,
theft etc. In the event of such problems arising, resolution should be sought via the appropriate legal channels.
