The villa has 4 bedrooms all very comfortable with plenty of storage space to unpack. The Master bedroom has an ensuite shower and WC with two of the bedrooms sharing the adjacent bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, microwave oven and fridge freezer. Adjacent the kitchen is the utility room with separate washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room has seating for 6 and a breakfast bar is sited adjacent this area. This room leads on to the sitting room with comfortable seating, TV, DVD, hi-fi and a playstation to keep the kids entertained. The sofa converts to a double bed pushing the villa capacity up to 10 beds if required. From the sitting area a patio sliding door leads to the pool and deck area ( a full net enclosure system keeps the area free of any bugs, but lets the sun shine through!). We have upgraded the pool furniture and of course the spa is a must after a long day at the parks. A two car garage fronts the house.( a good idea to keep the car out of the sun, makes it more comfortable before setting off for the day).

Glenbrook resort has everything you need as a base for a great vacation. The villas are well presented within a peaceful and relaxing environment, each with its own individual style.
The community is set well back from the main US 27 highway and there is no traffic noise.
The clubhouse has plenty of facilities that are free for our guests to use during their stay. These include a Gym, A media room with a PC and giant home cinema system and a games room with air hockey and pool table. Outside, the large communal pool has plenty of sunbeds and water feature in the pool itself. Alongside the pool is a tennis court and sand volleyball court. (We have tennis rackets and balls for use by our guests.)
