YELLOW FOB KEY : Laundry/Wash room door in complex. (Washer tokens from reception)
The reception has a telephone booth from which you can make direct calls to anywhere. It is simpler and more cost effective to call from blue telephone booths on streets. There is one just outside on the street! The post office and a medical centre are a ''stonethrow away''!
The apartments are 1 bedroomed, consisting of 2 single beds in the bedroom, 1 bed-settee in the living room, which pulls out into a double bed and a further single sofa in 261A. Apartment 260A is same type of bedroom and double sofa in living room. The bathroom 261A with shower over bath, toilet, W.H.B., is fully equipped. The bathroom 260A with shower only, toilet, W.H.B., is fully equipped. Hot + cold water is provided via the time-switch which controls on-off electric water heater in the cupboard on the balcony. The apartment is all electric for cooking and water heating, etc.

Please note any problems you may find with your accommodation must be noted to the property manager whilst out in tenerife there is a number to call in the apartment please do this whilst in tenerife as we can not accept any liability for any problems you may find also note that we may charge a security deposit this is refundable on arrival back to the UK on confirmation that the property is not damaged and all the apartments contents are intact please ensure balcony door keys and safe keys are left in the locks on your departure as this will effect the next people in the apartment
