Sunset Villa was only completed in 2004, and is situated on the Lissa Park Complex. It was recently featured on ITV 1's ''I want that house''. The villa has stunning views of the sea and mountains, the site has maintained gardens, lakeside picnic area, Large pool and kids pool. There is a rooftop sun terrace, which is ideal for unwinding with a fine Turkish wine, whilst watching the famous sunset!
The Villa has three large en-suite bedrooms and will sleep eight comfortably. There is a fully fitted kitchen including oven, hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. Air conditioning is available for the hot summer months.
The Villa has three floors:
On the ground level their is an entrance hallway leading into the lounge/dining room. The living room is equipped with sofa bed (sleeps 2),TV, DVD, HI-FI and a dining table (seats 8). The ground floor also has a fully fitted kitchen complete with fridge/ freezer, oven/hob, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster and much more. Towards the rear you will find the sun terrace which leads onto the pool area
On the first floor you will find two of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with WC, shower and bath. The master bedroom has a large balcony looking out over the pool area. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with WC and Shower. This room also has a large balcony.
The second floor is home to the spacious ''attic bedroom''. This room has its own bathroom complete with WC, shower and washing machine. On this floor you will find the sun terrace which looks out over Fethiye bay. The terrace offers all day sunlight and total privacy, ideal for a barbeque or an evening drink.

Sunset Villa is situated in Calis, just north of Fethiye on the Mediterranean coast (also known as the Turquoise Coast). Calis has grown into a small resort with hotels, restaurants and bars lining the beachfront and stretching back along the road to Fethiye. Calis offers a long beach of coarse sand and shingle and is blessed with a cool sea breeze in the afternoons and evenings which keep the temperatures pleasant, even in the height of summer.
Sunset Villa has the best of both worlds. The rear is framed by a spectacular backdrop of pine forests and mountains, whilst the front has breathtaking sea views towards Fethiye. The beach is five minutes walk away where sun beds are available for hire at a minimal price. A variety of watersports are on offer, in fact Calis is renowned for great windsurfing as it has the best wind conditiAlso within five minutes walk is the aquapark ''Sultan Aquacity'' where a warm welcome awaits you and a funfilled day out is guaranteed. There are waterslides, swimming pools, watergames, animations, playground, mini club, restaurant/bar and special nights and shows.
Outside the complex you will find a large supermarket (Star) as well as a bar/restaurant. This is where you can get the dolmus (local bus service) to Fethiye, Hisaronu, Olu Deniz or just about anywhere you would like to go. There are a number of trips and excursions available, these include Dalyan mud baths, a variety of boat trips, Pamukkale, jeep safari, horse riding, paragliding and white water rafting to mention but a few! Don't forget to go for a Turkish Bath on arrival to prepare for your tan, and don't miss out on the bargains to be had at the local markets at Calis and Fethiye.
