| Description of Villa Cennet: |
A delightful 3 bedroom bungalow style villa in a 650 sq m plot, complete with large 55 sq m private pool (so you can have a proper swim!) an additional paddling pool for the kiddies (or to sit in and read a book), surrounded by a walled garden which has been planted with many trees and flowers. There is a driveway to the front of the villa to park a car off-road.
2 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom + 2 travel cots. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging and shelf space (loads of hangers provided). All the beds are very comfortable with good quality mattresses. Bedside cupboards and a clock/alarm are provided. All sheets, pillowcases & blankets provided.
Lounge/Diner The large airy lounge diner has 2 good quality comfortable sofa beds, coffee table, hi-fi unit, dining table and 6 chairs. TV, DVD, Satellite and CD radio player. There are patio doors that open out onto the verandah.
Fitted kitchen complete with full size fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas/electric hob, toaster, electric kettle, iron, ironing board, plus all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc.
2 Shower Rooms which have a fully enclosed corner shower cubicle, shaving point, wc and sink. All towels are provided. Hairdryer & electric hot air styler with many attachments also provided.
Large covered verandah overlooking the pool and garden, with table and 6 chairs for dining al fresco, patio doors into the lounge. An outdoor barbecue is also provided.
Large sunbathing area around the main pool, furnished with 6 sun beds with cushions, and some parasols to provide some welcome shade. The pool itself is provided with underwater lighting for that added ambience in the evening, there are also lights provided in the garden.
All bed linen and towels are provided .
The villa will be cleaned and the linen & towels changed once per week. A welcome pack is included in the price, also the services of our English speaking manager.
A return airport transfer (Dalaman) can be arranged for £40 for the whole party.

|
Dalyan is a beautiful riverside village within a conservation area and nature reserve. Nearby Iztuzu beach is the home of the loggerhead turtle (caretta-caretta), and can be reached either by the popular river route or by a short dolmus (bus) ride. The whole region is an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The pretty marina area provides both a start point for the various boat trips, and a romantic location for al fresco dining. The floodlit rock tombs and meandering river provide a unique backdrop as you enjoy the local delicacies.
Film buffs may be interested to know that this is where the African Queen was actually filmed!
There are numerous local attractions, and activities, including the mud baths, boat trips/hire, Iztuzu beach, Saklikent Gorge, Kayakoy deserted village, Caunos ancient ruins, diving, snorkelling, bird watching, turtle watching, paragliding, white water rafting, microlight flights and spectacular scenery everywhere. Tennis courts are available just a very short walk down the lane from Villa Cennet. There is a market in Dalyan every Saturday, other local market days are: Monday Koycegiz, Tuesday Fethiye.
At night there is a lively atmosphere with numerous bars and restaurants, but without all the noise associated with more commercialised resorts. The main street is closed to cars for most of the evening.
Local travel is via the dolmus (local bus) or by taxi, both fairly cheap and reliable. (From Villa Cennet you can easily walk into town in 10 minutes). Local car rental is fairly cheap and bicycles can also be rented.
