Brand new two bed apartment with two bathrooms and two balconies with lift and pool. Located near the famous Temple of Apollo and only about a 5-minute drive to the fabulous Altinkum main beach with all its bars, shops, restaurants and nightlife. This holiday rental is a 5-minute walk to Didim and there is a mini-market and bakery nearby. This apartment to rent features a kitchen separate from the lounge/diner (which is unusual in a lot of new properties) and is fully equipped with:
An oven (with extractor),
Fridge,
Washing machine,
Toaster & Kettle,
Ample cupboard space and
An iron and ironing board.
The lounge/diner has a very comfortable convertible sofa bed and one arm chair (which is also a small sofa bed if needed).
There is a TV with satellite (500 channels plus radio) and a DVD player to play movies and CDs.
There is also an area set aside with a table and chairs for meals if it is too cold to sit on the balcony (they are not used that often).
The two bedrooms; the main bedroom has two single beds (which can be pushed together for the more amorous of you) air conditioning, wardrobe, drawers and an ensuite bathroom, with shower, w.c. and hand basin. The second bedroom has again two single beds, wardrobe, drawers and ceiling fan.

Altinkum is a busy holiday resort with three beaches. The beaches have particularly shallow waters making Altinkum suitable for families and couples. The beaches offer sun beds and parasols and a wide range of water sports.
The centre of town is almost largely modern with a pedestrianised seafront area. There is a good range of bars and restaurants along the waterfront offering international and local cuisine as well as some discos.
Altinkum is a good holiday base for exploring the local area. The sights at Ephesus (the country's most famous historic site) Pamukkale, and Bodrum are easily reached from Altinkum.
