The luxury apartment has recently been fully refurbished to a very high standard with ''home from home'' furnishings by a well respected local developer and is now exceptionally well equipped.
The bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together and the lounge has a double sofa bed.
The large balcony, with a private entrance accessed easily from the entrance to the complex, overlooks the pool area and enjoys glorious and stunning sea views with delightful sunsets over La Gomera.
The complex has a good bar under the complex offering excellent value and delicious bar meals/snacks.Drinks prices are exceptionally low and WELL below UK prices.
On-site there are launderette facilities and a supermarket stocking a wide variety of English foods and products.
There are quiet, manicured and secluded gardens alongside the pool (just been fully re-furbished) and, for families, a secure children's section of the pool.

Colina Blanca apartments are in the quiet area of San Eugenio Alto but only a short fifteen minute walk to the exclusive beaches of Del Duque and Fanabe.
Nearby are the famous Water Park, tennis courts, paddle areas and Spa centre.
It is less than 15 minutes drive to the airport and only a short taxi ride to Las Americas and Los Cristianos. There are also a number of golf courses close by.
San Eugenio shopping centre is a 10 minute walk away. It has a very large supermarket (Mercadona) where ALL your holiday needs are catered for at much less than UK prices.
The busier resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are only a short taxi ride away for those wanting to see the livelier parts of South Tenerife.
