Villa Rodia is a trully exclusive designer's villa, built on the highest point of Ksamoudochori, a small traditional village just 3km south of the neareast sandy beach of Maleme. Villa Rodia is overlooking the magnificent surrounding scenery full of vineyards and olive groves as well as the endless Mediterranean ocean.
Villa Rodia is a brand new exquisite villa, featuring many luxurious details and a really impressive garden of about 4.000 sq.m.
It has its own private pool, a stone barbecue and a large wooden gazebo with fluffy cushions in the garden.
It features many modern amenities as well as quite comfortable facilities and it is the only property in the area of Chania offering daily maid service, room service as well as massage sessions. An impressive marble hammam is also available for aromatherapy sessions.
The villa is fully equipped with all modern amenities and is exceptionally decorated so as to create a unique homely atmosphere. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace, a dining table for four persons, a TV with DVD-player, a CD(mp3)-player, a PC with internet access, a fax machine and direct ISDN line. A fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a marble shower room are also in the groundfloor.
In the first floor there is a master bedroom with a romantic king-size bed, a second TV, a mini fridge, two large armchairs in front of the fireplace and its own private veranda with view to the garden and pool. In the first floor there is also a walk-in closet and the master bathroom with the jacuzzi bathtub while the second bedroom with the queen iron bed is in the attic, with the pink walls and the romantic decoration.
Villa Rodia accommodated its first guests in April 2005 and is open throughout the year offering accommodation of unparalleled standards.
