This compact self contained 2 bedroom apartment is located in a more residential area of Icmeler. A leisurely 10min walk to the centre of town and 15 minutes to the beach.
It comprises of-:
1st Bedroom - King size double bed, large double mirrored wardrobes, bed side tables and lamps. With patio doors opening on to the swimming pool.
2nd Bedroom. - Bunk beds, double mirrored wardrobe, bedside table with lamp and window to front.
Kitchen - Fully fitted with hot and cold sink with window to front, electric oven with 4 ring gas hob and extractor. Breakfast bar (2), fridge, toaster, electric kettle cutlery, pots pans etc etc. to meet all your needs.
Lounge - 2 three seater settees, coffee table, occasional tables and side lamp, with patio doors opening on to the swimming pool.
Shower room - Fully tiled hot and cold shower, wash basin and WC. With extractor fan.
The apartment is entered via 3 steps down to front door. All windows and patio doors are fitted with fly screens.
2 free standing fans are included for use. As is iron and ironing board.
Kitchen towels, tea towels, bath towels and hand towels are included in price. Bed linen is also included in price and will be changed weekly.
A further laundry service is available on request if required
All gas and electric costs are included in price
Swimming Pool
Apartment occupants have full free use of the shared swimming pool which includes free use of sunbeds table and chairs.
Airport Transfer can be arranged if required

Description of Icmeler
Icmeler is a well established beach resort situated 10k from Marmaris.
It is a single bay surrounded by pine clad mountains.
It has every facility one would expect, including bar-b-q boat trips to out of the way beaches and coves. All water sports are available. The town is full of bars and restaurants offering every type of cuisine from local Turkish specialities (Pide, gozleme, Ocak Besi restaurants the choice is endless) to Indian, Chinese and of course British. (English bacon and eggs are ready available if you so choose)
The staff in these places are all very friendly and very family orientated, most establishments entertain with Turkish dancing, (all visitors are encouraged to participate) Karaoke and disco. Some include belly dancing shows.
The fresh orange juice that is served everywhere makes you wonder what you have been drinking before.
It can be a funtime holiday resort
However the apartment is in a quieter part of Icmeler and can be used as a base for a more relaxed type of holiday to explore the more rural and cultured part of the area.
Towards the rear of the new town is the Old Village occupied by the original people of Icmeler. Towards the old village the ambience is more laid back and relaxing.
There are many outlying Turkish restaurants serving traditional Turkish breakfasts and meals in beautiful quiet countryside surroundings, to be reached by car or taxi, and many places of interest to visit. Or of course you could just lie around the pool all day.
There is a weekly market in Icmeler within 5mins walking distance from the apartment. The market is a must to attend. Offering all types of designer type clothing, spices, souvenirs and fresh fruit and vegetables like you don’t see in the UK. Everything seems twice as large as you have been used to.
There are lots of market cafes where you can sample Turkish snacks
Self catering provides an excellent opportunity to sample the freshness of the local produce, cheeses, yoghurts and fresh tomato paste. There is also a local supermarket in town and local butchers and bakers. The quality of the local lamb, beef and chicken, again makes you wonder what it is you eat back in the UK.
