Villa Kadyanda is situated in an elevated position surrounded by pine forests with stunning views over a plateau and the nearby mountains. This area of Turkey - the Turquoise Coast - offers everything that a holidaymaker could want. The friendliest of people, lovely beaches, all types of watersports, a variety of good restaurants, historical sites and a complete range of shopping experiences. We back this up with a luxurious detached villa fully equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. The villa can sleep 12 people in 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and 3 living rooms and it has a lovely private pool and Games/Fitness room. A 2km walk takes you to the shops, restaurants and daily market in traditional Uzumlu village. Dalaman Airport is 50 minutes and Calis Beach is just a 20 minute drive away.
From the villa entrance an archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities to cater for 12 people. Another archway leads into the lounge with a feature wood-burning fire, another archway then leads into the separate dining room. Also on the ground floor there is a separate sitting room themed in an Ottoman style. Both the lounge and Ottoman room are equipped with satellite TV/DVD/CD and also a PlayStation 2 with a large library of films, music and games. All these rooms have access to the outside veranda with another dining area, a BBQ and the private pool area. There is a toilet/shower room on this floor and both the ground and first floor and spiral staircase are finished in local marble.
The first floor includes a master double bedroom with ensuite, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All these bedrooms have private sun terraces with stunning views and are fully equipped with local hand made furniture. The second floor has a large family bedroom with a hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a toilet/shower room. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and all the double bedrooms have king size beds.

The bustling port city of Fethiye is only 10 miles away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or hire a car and the local roads are excellent. The famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sheltered Blue Lagoon and paragliding centre is a short distance from Fethiye as is Hisaronu with its lively night life. Slightly further away, on the road to Kas and Kalkan, is Patara Beach with an unspoilt 10 mile sandy beach. Calis is just a 20 minute drive from the villa and has a 6km beach, plentiful night life and restaurants and an excellent Water Park.

We provide a 600 sq ft Games & Fitness Room with table tennis, darts, punch bag, weights and a cross trainer. The area includes a shower room and bar - ideal for the more energetic members of your party!
The International Air Games in Olu Deniz in Late Oct is well worth seeing at which there are paragliders, microlites, hot air balloons and anything that can fly. There is also an aerobatic display and fly past by the Turkish air force.
The Villa Rental Rates are for the whole villa for 1 week, book 6 months ahead and deduct 10%. Parties of 6 or less can stay for 2 weeks outside the High Season for a 15% discount. Longer stay discounts are available and there are no extra charges.
Please pay 25% when booking, with the balance paid 4 weeks before arrival together with a returnable £150 damage deposit. Transfers from Dalaman Airport (50 minutes) by car/minibus for £84/£130 return. Car & minibus rental can be arranged for ~£140 & ~£335 per week. A free Welcome Pack is supplied and linen and towels are provided and changed during the weekly villa clean and the pool and gardens are maintained daily.
