Ideal for family groups (the lower level with seperate lockable access is ideal for Grandparents/Teenagers and the pool has no dangerous drop.) Open and enclosed nayas and a BBQ area are ideal for those sunny evening meals. THe villa enjoys off road secure parking within a quiet residential area with views of the Montgo Mountain from the lounge and main bedroom. Perfectly placed for all, with beach, golf, watersports, local park close to hand, but with the attractions of theme parks just 40km away if needed!

Javea boasts an enviable climate throughout the year, set against the Montgo Mountain, it has something for everyone. Javea is not a high rise accommodation area it has spectacular coastal scenery perfectly balanced by the charming fishing port and Medieval town. Perfect level.... not too noisy not too quiet. From the nearby port of Denia you can take a car ferry over to the island of Ibiza. If you need to entertain teenagers - 40 km away and you have the theatres and night life of Benidorm and the Terrra Mitica theme park.
Go inland to visit the Jalon Valley, famous wine growing ( and tasting!! ) area.
If Golfing is for you there are courses at Javea, Denia (La Sella) and Moraira.
You will need to hire a car (airport is 75km away) to appreciate this special area of Spain.
