Athina Luxury Villas is a small complex of three independent luxury villas, each with its private pool and huge surrounding gardens, overlooking the ocean. Each villa is a maisonette of about 100 sq.m. with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a spacious living room, large parking space and garage offering a breathtaking view to the ocean and the surrounding natural environment.
The villas are built in Ksamoudochori, a small traditional village just 4km south of the sandy beach of Maleme, surrounded by olivegroves and vineyards. The scenery is quite amazing as it offers a beautiful view to the ocean and creates a unique peaceful atmosphere where you can spend your vacation while enjoying our discreet services.
While in the villas, guests will enjoy daily maid service, daily change of linen and towels, free use of beach towels at each villa's pool, as well as slippers/bathrboes/luxury toiletries offered in the bathrooms.
Each villa is decorated in a different way, characterised by distinct luxury while also creating a comfortable atmosphere. The villas are air-conditioned, equipped with satellite TV, CD-player, DVD-player, PC with internet access, Fax machine and ISDN telephone line.
In the bathrooms there are hair-dryers and jacuzzi bathtubs.

Athina Luxury Villas is located in Ksamoudochori, a small traditional village just 7km east of Platanias, the famous tourist resort in Chania, in the Island of Crete.
Platanias is a very lively village with a large sandy beach offering many watersports, full of restaurants, beach bars and other places of entertainment.
Chania is located 19km to the west, being one of the most beautiful cities in Greece often called ''Venice of the East'' due to its picturesque well preserved Venetian Harbour.
