The kitchen is fully Bosch equipped and the living area seats 6 comfortably and has TV, DVD, stereo, small library and games.
The villa boasts a large swimming pool with roman steps surrounded by ample landscaped terracing with sunloungers and parasols. A built in barbeque is adjacent to the pool for al fresco dining and there are soft chairs to snuggle into and discreet lighting for the evening.
The villa also has a pretty garden area with dining table and chairs ~ wonderful for breakfast.
One of Villa Jamera's best features is the huge roof terrace offering stunning views over the bay towards the harbour ~ perfect for catching the afternoon breeze whilst you take a siesta under the shade of the pergola or watching the gulets return to the harbour at sunset.

The villa is located on the exclusive hillside of Kömerluk, east of Kalkan, which is one of the few areas that can guarantee beautiful sunsets.
The villa is ideally situated approximately 100 metres (300 ft) above a small cove, which offers crystal clear waters ideal for snorkelling. The nearest restaurants, bars and shops are only a 10 minute stroll away and 5 minutes more to reach the harbour ~ a car is not necessary
