Available to rent is this 2/3 bedroom Villa on Ladies Beach, Kusadasi, Turkey. The villa sleeps up to 8 plus a babies (in the 2 cots provided). There is one double bedroom, one twin with the 3rd bedroom being the large living room which has 2 luxurious sofa beds.
The villa has a large roof terrace which has excellent sea views, one of which you can see in the picture here overlooking Ladies Beach, which is only 150 metre walk from the Villa. The roof terrace also has a large stone bench and table, which is a perfect and romantic location to watch the sun go down. The main bedroom has its own large private balcony.

The villa is located on Ladies beach. This is most popular beach in Kusadasi and it is only a 5 minute walk away from the Villa (about 150 metres). Ladies beach always has watersports available (parasailing, Jet Ski, banana boats & rings),beach volleyball etc, and a selection of shops. A range of welcoming bars and restaurants align the sea front, opening early for breakfast and serving late into the night.
Other beaches are a short Dolmus ride away (a mini bus, which drives along set routes and stops wherever you request). Long beach is approximately 12 miles long and is divided (not physically) into sections such as silver beach, paradise beach, ladies beach and Love Beach. This stretch of coastline is more relaxed and you can have large sections of the beach all to yourself.
Milli Park (National Park) is a beautiful park with wildlife and a lovely undeveloped beach. It takes about 35 minutes by Dolmus, but it is worth the trip due to the sheer beauty of the Park.
Kusadasi Centrum is about 15 minute walk from the Villa, or alternatively you can take a 2 minute Dolmus or taxi ride. Remember, the Dolmus regularly runs past the entrance to the estate, so you will always find one ready to pick you up, and return you home from the Centrum at the end of your evening.
In the centrum, you will find a bustling town full of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs...........and one thing is guaranteed, you will get bargains galore! There is a wide range of bars to suit all, including bars with live music, karaoke bars, relaxed atomospheres, themed pubs and traditional Turkish bars. For others there are the more loud upbeat bars/nightclubs where you can party the night away until 05:00, generally situated down Bar Street..
There are market stalls, shops, hairdressers, barbers, Burger King, tour operators, estate agents, banks, rug shops, leather shops, jewellers.............the list is endless, all open late into the night. And remember to haggle, haggle and haggle again!!
Kusadasi is a resort for all tastes and ages, and literally has something for everyone. You will not be disapointed.
