An excellent location for families - couples who want to be close to all the resort has to offer !! The bright sun, vivid colours, crystal sea and golden sandy beaches, silver coloured moon and the pure beauty of the untamed natural landscape- these are the features which have sculptured the emerald Greek island Lefkas. Lefkada is surrounded by blue waters, with white endless sandy beaches, mostly in the west. The beaches of Kathisma, Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Gyra, Gialos and Agiofylli pose a great problem to visitors. Where should they go first? Diving, sailing and windsurfing are available at the water sport centres in Nidri. A continuous-flow bridge connects Lefkada with mainland Greece which makes the Preveza (PVK) airport only 30 minutes away. Direct charter flights connect the island with most European capital cities, London and Manchester in the UK.

Notes: The villa was completed in 2002. Its rooms extend over two floors, which are 150 m2 in size. The veranda is 90 m2 in size. Villa Paradise’s furnishings are very sophisticated. One of the two bathrooms includes a whirlpool bathtub and a whirlpool shower. All of the rooms have wooden floors, including the bathrooms. The swimming pool also has a whirlpool corner.
Notes to the rental rates :
Direct Flights from GATWICK and MANCHESTER to PREVEZA (PVK) airport (25 khm) every SUNDAY
A deposit of 50% is required on booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. Confirmation will be sent on receipt of deposit. Payment may be made or bank transfer in Sterling, or Euro bank transfer to Lefkas (exchange rate as at the time of booking). As a reminder please also ensure your passports are up to date. Taxi transfers from and to Preveza airport can be pre-arranged (at a cost of Euros 35 per taxi, one way) - please request when booking. Rental cars can normally be picked up at the airport by arrangement direct with the rental company when booking. Refundable damage deposit: £150.
The following surcharges are included in the rent: air-conditioning, bedding, towels, electricity, water, final cleaning, weekly washing of the bedding and towels (if desired). Additional cleaning services may be arranged, should you wish.
