Our Turkish holiday rental property is situated on the south west coast of Turkey between the renowned holiday resorts of Cesme and Kusadasi in “a romantic bay in the Aegean Sea” called Ozdere where the beaches are sandy and the sea is turquoise in color! Gulet cruise yachts anchor around the bays of Özdere because of its idyllic and magnificent coastline.
Ozdere, this Aegean coast location is ideal to visit the many famous historical, cultural and wonderful tourist attractions and offers a holiday with something for everyone, nature lovers, sun worshipers, thermal baths and springs, photographers, sports enthusiasts, sailors and archeologists! The Aegean shores of Turkey and Ozdere are among the loveliest landscapes in the country!
Our apartment has fantastic views of the sea in Ozdere bay, the old village town of Ozdere and the mountains from its very large lantern lit sun terrace complete with stone BBQ and patio furniture, where you can enjoy the sun all day and watch the sunset in the evening! The lovely sandy beach of Ozdere is only a few minutes walk away, which has sun beds and umbrellas, the local shops and facilities of the village town are also nearby.
Ozdere has all the atmosphere of a traditional fishing village and has only in recent times seen the arrival of tourists, although there are all the facilities, bars and restaurants that you would expect to find in any larger resort but on a smaller scale and with a more charming and relaxing atmosphere!

Ozdere is on the South West coast of Turkey beside the beautiful Aegean Sea. Originally Ozdere was known as an ''original fishing village'' unspoilt by mass tourism. Since about 10 years Ozdere has developed into a popular holiday destination.
Ozdere is a quieter resort and still retains its unspoilt charm. It has a mild climate during the whole year which makes it perfect for a holiday any time of the year. The village of Ozdere is very suitable for families with children because there are miles of beautiful golden sandy beaches with shallow crystal clear waters which remains at knee depth up to 30 metres from the beach making it safe for young children and non-swimmers. Ozdere is also very suitable for couples and friends wishing for a peaceful, relaxed holiday.
There is an excellent choice of shops, restaurants and bars in the town of Ozdere. The bars and restaurants offer a variety of food from family run restaurants to international cuisine and is perfect for a relaxing evening with friends and family. There are wonderful fish restaurants which overlook the bay, which can be reached within a 10 minute walk. Mandarin plantations and a coastline with forests and rough nature characterise this resort.
Ozdere lies between the resorts of Cesme and Kusadasi. Izmir Adnan Menderes International Airport is only a 30 min drive from Ozdere making is perfect for a quick transfer. Ozdere has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful relaxing holiday.
