There are many bars and restaurants and a large supermarket within walking distance but not so close that you are disturbed by the noise.
The apartment has secure underground parking if you choose to hire a car but you can get around easily by bus and taxi if you prefer not too.
The area has a large selection of Golf Clubs close by and there are opportunities for water sports within walking distance.
