A newly constructed villa; in the peaceful area of La Noria, Nerja. If you are looking for a holiday with all the modern amenities and high standards, then this is the villa to choose. The architect has designed this villa with the Mediterranean climate in mind. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor which keeps them cooler in the hot summer and the living space is located on the first floor; so that you can enjoy the luxury of having sea and mountain views from most of the windows. The lounge is large and bright, with brand new furnishings, Flat screen TV with DVD player with UK Satellite TV, wall-mounted Hi-Fi unit, fireplace, and two comfortable sofas. As it is open-plan, the dining area has seating for 6 people and is adjacent to the French doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the private pool; there is also a washroom on this level. The kitchen is fully fitted and modern, with everything you could ever need i.e. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer plus a complete melamine outside dinner service (for your safety) when by the pool. In a separate utility room is a washing machine. There are three bedrooms all with ceiling “Quiet run fans” and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and boasts the luxury of a large en-suite bathroom with bath and Rain water shower and a security safe. The 2 other bedrooms can be converted to sleep either twin beds or made up to large double beds depending upon your requirements (these are UK hotel top of the range beds!). Outside there is the spacious terrace that surrounds the villa. Here again there is a luxury table and chairs, BBQ area, and of course the private swimming pool with outside shower. La Noria is a small community on the outskirts of Nerja with a popular local restaurant only a couple of minutes walk away. The Villa is ideal for families looking for plenty of space; you will also have access to the lovely communal pool and tennis court both of which are less then 2 minutes walk away. A car is strongly recommended, there is a bus service to the centre or a 15 minute walk into the centre of town. Please be aware that the property is not suitable for the very elderly or infirm or tiny toddlers requiring a stair gate.

More information on Nerja
|
Nerja lies on the eastern most tip of the Costa del Sol, where the mountains meet the sea. Some 50 kilometres from Malaga it is around 45 minutes drive on the N340 highway.
Once a sleepy fishing village, Nerja has retained its Andalucian character, particularly in the old quarter with its narrow cobbled streets and whitewashed houses. The tradition is set to remain thanks to enforced restrictions on development of the town.
At the heart of the town is the Balcon de Europa, a palm tree lined promenade built along the edge of a cliff and out to sea with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and Nerja's nine sandy beaches stretching to over 16 kilometres in total.
Flanked and protected by the mighty Sierra Almijara mountain range Nerja is said to have the best Climate in the entire Costa del Sol, not to mention the dramatic scenery the mountains provide.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from, many retaining their typical Andalucian charm, plus of course a great variety of international cuisine on offer.
The restaurants on Burriana Beach, notably Ayo's, provide the spectacle of Paella being cooked in huge pans over open log fires, catering for up to 100 people at a time. Spanish families flock here on Sunday lunchtimes.
Shopping is plentiful and there is a local market every Tuesday.
All major watersports are catered for. Nerja golf course is under planned construction and golf is currently available nearby as are many other sports. Walks are endless, guided if you prefer and even the Sierra Nevada ski resort is only 1˝ hours away!
Nerja's most spectacular attraction has to be its caves. The Cueva De Nerja is regarded as one of the most historic monuments of the world, with archeological remains dating back to the Paleolithic Age (about 20,000 years ago). One of the enormous natural caverns has been transformed into a concert hall where many performances are staged.
Frigiliana, the most picturesque whitewashed Andalucian mountain village is just 6km away and is well worth a visit. If you have not hired a car there are frequent buses or arranged trips. Also within driving distance or by arranged trips are Granada, Seville, Ronda and Gibraltar.
