Situated in the quiet Bel Air urbanisation of Calpe this is a spacious 3 bedroom modern luxury house built on two levels with a communal pool at the rear. The town centre of Calpe and its beaches, bars and restaurants is only a 5 minute drive away. There are sea and panoramic views from the house and easy car parking.
Entry to the property from road level is through the front door that leads into a hall. To the left of the hall is a shower room that has a shower cubicle, basin, toilet and wall mirror. There is also a cupboard in the hall with a vacuum cleaner, iron & board and a clothes airer. At the end of the hall is the fully equipped kitchen with electric oven & hob, fridge freezer , dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, washing machine, toaster, cutlery, cooking utensils and crockery. At the rear of the house is the living room dining room furnished with 2 sofas, coffee table, sideboard, TV, DVD, music centre, log burner, table and 6 chairs. There is also a feature fireplace. Doors lead from the living dining room out on to the naya (terrace) that has 2 tables and 6 chairs. The top floor has 3 bedrooms, en-suite bathroom and a shower room. All bedrooms are twins with built in wardrobes and 2 bedside cabinets. Bedroom 1 also has a ceiling fan and its own terrace. The en-suite to this bedroom has a bath, shower cubicle, bidet, basin, toilet and wall mirror. The family shower room has a shower cubicle, basin, toilet and wall mirror. The communal pool is to the rear of the house only a few metres away.

Calpe is a small costal town with rocky coves and sandy beaches situated between Alicante and Valencia. Calpe has an attractive coastline with beautiful, peaceful coves that provides perfect conditions for learning to sail and perfect for diving. The local diving club and sailing school ensure safe conditions for both activities. La Fossa and El Arenal beaches offer a bustling contrast with a complete range of services for all watersports.
The ancient town centre is full of typical fishermans houses in the picturesque narrow streets. The town also has a museum and the hermitage of San Salvador on a hilltop. In the afternoons the fishing boats arrive at the port with their daily catch and auctions take place at the Fish Market (Lonja). Local nature can be seen by traveling along the quiet rural roads running through vineyards, olive tree and almond orchards. A feature of Calpe is the Rock of Ifach that can be climbed to get a fantastic panoramic view of the entire area.
