Situated in the Arenal area of Javea this is a spacious modern 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is on the first floor and is only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Arenal beach with it’s shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. There is a communal pool surrounded by beautiful gardens at the rear of the apartment. There is allocated car parking on the ground floor and easy parking to the front of the apartment.
Entry to the property from the road is by a lockable rear iron security gate and up a few steps to the communal entrance door. The apartment front door is on the left that leads into the hall with the living / dining room to the right, the kitchen to the left and bedrooms 2 & 3 and the bathroom opposite. Bedroom1, the dressing area and the shower room are to the left of the living / dining room. The living area is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, 2 coffee tables, and a wall unit with Satellite TV, DVD, radio and a video player. A set of glass doors leads to the large terrace that is furnished with a suitable table and 4 chairs. The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs and a glass display unit. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, a base unit and a chair. The dressing area has built in wardrobes and the bathroom is fully tiled with a shower over the bath and a bidet. Bedrooms 2& 3 have twin beds, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The shower room is fully tiled and includes a bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven & hob, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The washing machine, iron & board and clothes airer are in the utility room to the rear of the kitchen.
Outside, the apartment has a small private garden and the communal pool area that is beautifully landscaped. There is an allocated parking space in the ground floor car park and parking spaces at the front of the apartment.

Set at the foot of the Montgo mountain Javea is a beautiful town completely free of high rise hotels and other buildings. It is a peaceful town with two centres. At one end there is the Arenal Beach with its sandy beach, palm trees, long promenade and many bars, restaurants and shops. The waters here are very safe for families with the beach having a very gentle slope into the waters of the Mediterranean. The promenade is a great place for a stroll in the evenings to view the many market stalls that are set up by various traders. The other centre, about 1km away is the port and old town areas that have retained much of their old Spanish charm. It is full of narrow streets that are steeped in history. The beach here is pebbly with a promenade that leads to the port. There is an indoor market in the old town and a fish market at the port that caters for the late afternoon arrival of the fishing boats. Because of its natural beauty Javea is regarded as a jewel on the Costa Blanca.
Golf
There are four golf courses in the area, two with18 holes at Club de Golf La Sella Denia and Club de Golf Olivia Nova and two with 9 holes at Club de Golf Javea and Club de Golf Ifach.
Activities
The Terra Mitica Theme Park, Mundo Mar Sea World and Aqualandia Water Park are all only 40 mins drive away. All water sports, horse riding and go carting can be found locally.
