Situated in the quiet Pinosol area of Javea this is a spacious 3 bedroom detached villa. The property is built on one level and has a large pool with a barbeque area and is only a 5 minute drive to the beautiful Arenal beach with it’s shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is to the front of the villa but totally enclosed and private and has terraces on all sides. There is easy car parking.
Entry to the property from the road is by a lockable front iron security gate along the path by the side of the pool to the front entrance door located in the naya (covered terrace). The front door leads into the dining room with the living room to the right, the kitchen opposite and a corridor on the left leading to the bedrooms and bathroom. The bright comfortable living room has a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV and feature fireplace with log burner. The windows look out on to the garden at the side.
The dining room has a dining suite, sideboard and a tall dresser. The window looks out on to the pool area. Each bedroom is a double and has built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and bath. There is also a separate shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all necessary appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Outside the garden is well stocked and there are trees to give shaded areas. There is a large built barbeque at the side of the pool with sun beds and other garden and pool furniture.

Set at the foot of the Montgo mountain Javea is a beautiful town completely free of high rise hotels and buildings. It is a peaceful town with three centres. At one end there is the Arenal Beach with its sandy beach, palm trees, long promenade and many bars, restaurants and shops. The waters here are very safe for families with the beach having a very gentle slope into the waters of the Mediterranean. The promenade is a great place for a stroll in the evenings to view the many craft stalls that are set up by various traders. The other centres, about 1km away are the port and old town areas that have retained much of their old Spanish charm. The old town is full of narrow streets that are steeped in history. The beach at the port is pebbly with a promenade that leads to the harbour with its fish market that caters for the late afternoon arrival of the fishing boats. Because of its natural beauty Javea is regarded as a jewel on the Costa Blanca.
Golf
There are four golf courses in the area, two with18 holes at Club de Golf La Sella Denia and Club de Golf Olivia Nova and two with 9 holes at Club de Golf Javea and Club de Golf Ifach.
Activities
The Terra Mitica Theme Park, Mundo Mar Sea World and Aqualandia Water Park are all only 40 mins drive away. All water sports, horse riding and go carting can be found locally.
