Situated in a cul-de-sac on a quiet urbanisation in Denia this is a spacious 3 bedroom luxury villa. The villa is built on two levels and is tastefully furnished and decorated. The garden is landscaped and the pool area has large terraces and a barbeque. There are lovely panoramic views from the terraces of the villa. The typically Spanish fishing port of Denia and its beaches are only a 5 min drive away.
Entry to the villa from road level is through a set of double security gates and up an exterior staircase to the front door on the front terrace that has a table and chairs. The front door leads into the living room that has a feature fireplace and is furnished with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, coffee table, display unit, drinks trolley, wall mirror, uplighter, TV & cabinet, video recorder, DVD player with selection of DVD’s. The fully fitted kitchen dining room is to the rear of the living room and is equipped with a table and chairs, electric oven, electric and gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery and utensils. Bedroom 3 and a shower room are off the living room at the front next to the staircase to the first floor. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, built in wardrobes, 2 bedside cabinets and a chair. The shower room has a shower cubicle, basin, toilet, wall cabinet and towel rack. On the first floor there is a terrace with a table and chairs off the landing. Bedroom 2 is to the right at the top of the stairs and has twin beds, built in wardrobes, dressing table, wall display unit, chair, 2 bedside lamps and a wall mirror. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin, toilet, wall mirror and towel rack. Bedroom 1 is directly opposite the top of the stairs and has a double bed, built in wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps and 2 chairs. A set of doors from the bedroom leads out on to a terrace. There is an en-suite bathroom off this bedroom with a large corner bath with shower, bidet, basin, toilet, 2 wall mirrors and some low level fitted cupboards. The washing machine is located in a storeroom outside that also houses ample pool furniture. The kidney shaped swimming pool is surrounded by terraces and the landscaped garden with the barbeque area nearby. There is ample car parking inside the front gates.

The town of Denia, thought to be named after the Roman Temple of Diana. is situated at the foot of Montgo Mountain and is a very vibrant place. The beach that stretches for some 15 km begins just to the north of Denia is sandy in the town itself and is an ideal place for sunbathing and swimming.
The port of Denia is very important to the town with the daily fish market and regular ferries to the Balearic Islands. The trip to the island of Ibiza takes only 2 hours. There is a large marina housing some 1000 moorings. Denia has an old castle that is now an archaeological museum that shows the towns history. In the town you will find all modern facilities but around the narrow streets of the fishing quarter all the towns history can be revealed. The restaurants in town are of excellent quality serving all foods including traditional paella and a great variety of fresh seafood. The scenic drive to the other side of Montgo Mountain takes you into the town of Javea.
Golf
There are three golf courses in the area, Club de Golf La Sella Denia with 18 holes and Club de Golf Javea and Club de Golf Ifach, both with 9 holes.
Activities
The Terra Mitica Theme Park, Mundo Mar Sea World and Aqualandia Water Park are all only 40 mins drive away. All water sports, horse riding and go carting can be found locally.
