Newly completed in 2005, this 2nd floor apartment has spectacular panoramic views from the balcony over the ''Huerta'' from the mountains behind Crevillente to the coast at La Marina and Guadamar. A table and four chairs and two double benches are provided for this generous terrace area.
This balcony leads off from the comfortably furnished living room which has a three seater settee and a separate armchair and four dining chairs and a table amongst other furnishings., with a door out to a small exterior covered landing where the washing machine is situated. Also provided are a four ring hob, electric oven, microwave, frig/freezer, kettle and coffee maker.
The double bedroom and the twin bedded room each have a large fitted wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and chests of drawers are also provided. There are also bedside cabinets with more draw space.
Both bedrooms and the living room have full air conditioning which can also heat at cooler times of the year.
The fully tiled bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity unit, lavatory and bidet.
The lift or stairs lead up to the large private solarium which is equiped with a table and four chairs, two sunbeds, a sunshade and a shower. There is also a built in barbeque and the shared pool is only a few yards away. Again, the views from all sides from the roof are fantastic.
The whole building is wheelchair friendly with lifts to all floors and ramps in the entrance hall.

Dolores a typically Spanish small town, is situated in the ''Huerta'' or Orchard, and is very rural in nature. It's a busy place with plenty of local happenings going on - but not a bit touristy.
There are plenty of shops, banks, bars, cafes and restaurants and an open air market on Fridays. If you need a supermarket, Almoradi has a smallish Intermarche and Elche a huge Carrefour.
It's a short drive (15 mins) to the unspoilt natural beach and dunes at La Marina, but if you need more amenities the beach at Guadamar is the same distance away.
Golf is readily accessible from Dolores, the nearest course (10 mins) is at Algorfa (La Finca) and is the venue for the 2006 Spanish Open. Other courses within 30 minutes drive are Campoamor, Las Ramblas, Villa Martin and Marquessa. The cost is approximately €40-€60 per round and you will need your handicap card.
Larger towns that are easily reached from Dolores are Murcia, Alicante, Elche, Torrevieja and Cartagena. There are also interesting many smaller towns in the vicinity.
