Villa Mansoor is ideally situated for exploring the Rila mountain range in the heart of Bulgaria. There is also an adjoining Lodge which can be rented either jointly with Villa Mansoor or as a separate letting.
The Villa is spread over 3 floors, with underfloor heating on the ground and first floors. The ground floor comprises a split level living/dining area, with open fire place, with 32” High Definition TV, DVD player (with selection of pre-recorded media) and HiFi system. The dining area leads to a fully fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washer-dryer are provided). An auxiliary bathroom is available on this floor.
The first floor comprises two comfortable double bedrooms (one with a super king size bed, the other with two single beds), bathroom, living area and two terraces with panoramic views of the Rila Mountains. Underfloor heating is installed on both floors. A further en-suite twin bedroom is located at basement level.
The property is surrounded by a large, secure, fully enclosed garden containing a variety of fruit trees as well as a brick barbeque and picnic bench.

This luxury property is located in the picturesque and peaceful Bulgarian village of Mala Tzarkva, just 60km south of Sofia. The mountain resort of Borovets is a mere 15km away, whilst the Belchinski Bani spa is only 17km.
Borovets is an international standard ski resort with more than 45 km of runs and has a lasting snow cover of over 1.5 m from mid-December to the end of April. The runs vary in degree of difficulty and are suitable for skiers of all abilities.
The resort also offers a superb range of value for money Après Ski activities. Expect to pay £10-15 for a three course meal for two, including an excellent bottle of wine.
