Situated in the quiet Los Molinos area overlooking the charming Spanish town of Benitachell and near to the coastal towns of Moraira and Javea this is a spacious 3 bedroom luxury villa. The property is built on one level with a private pool at the rear. The beautiful towns and sandy beaches of Javea and Moraira are both only a 10 minute drive away. Benitachell is only a 5 min drive away and has a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. There is easy car parking at the property.
Entry to the property from road level is through a security gate and down steps to the front door that leads into a bright hall. The living dining room is to the rear and is furnished with 3 seater & 2 seater sofas, armchair, large and small coffee tables, satellite TV & cabinet and a music centre with a selection of CD’s. There is a fireplace that is a feature only. A set of glazed double doors leads out on to the naya (covered terrace) pool and garden. An American style kitchen is to the right of the living area that is fully fitted and equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, iron and board, clothes airer, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The washing machine is situated in its own outside cupboard at the side of the villa. To the left from the hall is bedroom 3 with a double bed. To the right of the hall is a corridor with 2 rooms on the right, bedroom 2 containing twin beds and a fully tiled shower room. The master bedroom is at the end with twin beds, bookcase with various books and fully tiled en-suite shower room to the right.. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Outside at the rear there is the large naya, well planned gardens and pool with wonderful views to the surrounding area. The naya has a dining table and 6 chairs and there are relaxing sun loungers and chairs for the pool.

Los Molinos is a quiet peaceful residential area built above the town of Benitachell and only a 5 min drive from the centre. Benitachell is a town of much charm with narrow streets and a church on the top of a hill that is floodlit at night.
The nearest coastal towns are Javea and Moraira, both only a 15 min drive away. These towns have glorious safe sandy beaches ideal for sunbathing and water sports. Moraira lies in a bay and is an old fishing village that now has a large marina that houses many different sized yachts. There are two main beaches that have both been awarded the EEC Blue Flag for cleanliness. There is a weekly Friday market selling all kinds of produce and a nightly town centre craft market during the summer months. The town retains much of its fishing village character with its narrow streets lined with shops, bars and many restaurants.
Javea, like Moraira, is a beautiful town completely free of high rise hotels and other buildings. It is a peaceful town with two centers. At one end there is the Arenal Beach with its sandy beach, palm trees, long promenade and many bars, restaurants and shops. The waters here are very safe for families with the beach having a very gentle slope into the waters of the Mediterranean. The promenade is a great place for a stroll in the evenings to view the many market stalls that are set up by various traders. The other centre, about 1km away is the port and old town areas that have retained much of their old Spanish charm. It is full of narrow streets that are steeped in history. The beach here is pebbly with a promenade that leads to the port. There is an indoor market in the old town and a fish market at the port that caters for the late afternoon arrival of the fishing boats. Because of its natural beauty this area is regarded as a jewel on the Costa Blanca.
