Situated in a quiet area of the Las Marinas part of Denia this is a spacious 3 bedroom luxury house sleeping 6 people. The house is built on two levels and is tastefully decorated and furnished with the communal pool at the rear of the house. The glorious beach, shops and restaurants are only 600 metres away with the typically Spanish fishing port of Denia only a 10 minute drive away.

Entry to the house from road level is through the complex electric gates to the front door that leads into the hall. To the right of the hall is a utility room next to the downstairs shower room. The fully fitted and equipped American style kitchen is to the left of the hall. The kitchen has all necessary appliances, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. The hall leads into the dining room with the comfortably furnished living room at the rear and to the right of the dining room. The living room also has a TV. The staircase leads up to the landing that leads into the 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are doubles with bedroom 3 having twin beds. All 3 bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has a small balcony and bedroom 1has an uncovered terrace overlooking the pool. The bathroom is also off the landing. Double doors from the dining room lead on to an uncovered terrace that has suitable furniture with the pool only a few metres away. The décor and flooring in the house is very light giving a bright and clean appearance.

The town of Denia, thought to be named after the Roman Temple of Diana. is situated at the foot of Montgo Mountain (Elephant Mountain) and is a very vibrant place. The beach that stretches for some 15 km begins just to the north of Denia is sandy in the town itself and is an ideal place for sunbathing and swimming. The port of Denia is very important to the town with the daily fish market and regular ferries to the Balearic Islands. The trip to the island of Ibiza takes only 2 hours. There is a large marina housing some 1000 moorings. Denia has an old castle that is now an archaeological museum that shows the towns history. In the town you will find all modern facilities but around the narrow streets of the fishing quarter all the towns history can be revealed. The restaurants in town are of excellent quality serving all foods including traditional paella and a great variety of fresh seafood. The scenic drive to the other side of Montgo Mountain takes you into the town of Javea.
