The nearest beach is only a 10 minute drive away. The coastal towns of Javea and Moraira are both only a 10 minute drive away.
Entry to the property from the road is through a security gate, along a short path and through the front entrance door into the dining room. The dining room leads through to the living room with a small lobby area to the left of the living room that leads to bedrooms 1 & 2 and the bathroom. Bedroom 1 is a double and bedroom 2 a twin. The kitchen is at the rear of the living room and is equipped with a hob, microwave and all other necessary appliances, cutlery, crockery and utensils. There is a large terrace leading from the living room that has a built in barbeque.. Steps outside the front door lead down to another terrace and the indoor swimming pool. To the left of the pool there is a storeroom that houses the washing machine and dryer. There is also another level below that has an extremely large terrace. There is easy car parking at the front of the villa.

The Cumbre del Sol is a quiet peaceful residential area built on a mountain area allowing the most fantastic panoramic and sea views over the whole area. It also adjoins the natural reserve of Grandella allowing lovely walks. The nearest towns are Benitachell, Javea and Moraira with the later two being the nearest coastal towns and only a 10 minute drive away. Both towns have safe sandy beaches and plenty of good restaurants. There is a weekly Thursday market in Javea and a Friday market in Moraira both selling all kinds of produce and nightly town centre craft markets along the sea fronts during the summer months. Benitachell is a typically Spanish town of much charm with narrow streets.
