Masia De L'Avi is a luxury holiday villa available for rental, located in the foot hills of the Sierra Lujar mountains in Spain with easy access from Malaga or Granada airports. The views are truly stunning from every aspect, taking in mountains, olive groves and the Mediterranean Sea.
Watch the dramatic sunsets over the mountains while lying in bed in the master en-suite bedroom. The second double bedroom has its own Juliet balcony and double doors from which you can watch the sunrise over the sea. There are also two further twin rooms with views to the olive grove and swimming pool.
The villa features several large terraces which are perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing by day or night. After dark experience the clarity of the sky from the roof-top terrace, lie back on a recliner and star gaze for a while, watching the satellites and shooting stars.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and utility including dishwasher, oven, hob, large fridge/freezer and washing machine. The house has satellite TV, DVD player, CD players and a Playstation as well as books, games and a selection of dvds for all ages. The garden is planted with exotic palms and citrus trees so if they are in season you can pick your own lemon for your gin and tonic.

Located in the National Park near the picturesque whitewashed Andalucian village of Lujar, the villa is only 15 minutes to the sea with the extensive beaches and secluded coves of the Costa Tropical, which are great for sunbathing and snorkelling. Granada, with its famous Alhambra Palace and nearby ski resort of the Sierra Nevada is only 60 minutes away.
The area is perfect for exploring on foot or cycle as the road leading to the house has been used for the Motril marathon and the Tour De Spain cycle race. Golfers are welcomed at the new course in Motril and walkers will love the many tracks in the surrounding area taking in the flora and fauna. A large supermarket is a short drive away for provisions and the surrounding coastal towns have many good restaurants and shops. Each town has its own market day where many traditional goods and bargains can be found.
