The apartment is situated in the Patriarca Eijo and Garay colony between the house ''Casa de Campo'' (ancient hunting fields of the Spanish Royal Family) and the Puerta del Sol (historic centre of Madrid city). It also belongs to the district of La Latina, very famous and typical area in Madrid. This quiet and peaceful quarter is well connected with every part of the city by subway (Alto de Extremadura) and various bus lines. It is the perfect place from which you can visit the whole city of Madrid and its surroundings. Close to this district you can find the historical Madrid neighbourhood Austrias, the Royal Palace with its beautiful gardens ''Parque del Moro.''
