Spacious 3 bedroomed ''family friendly'' villa with air conditioning on a development with super facilities in the unspoilt and sought after village of Gundogan on the Bodrum Peninsula.
The villa is furnished in contemporary Turkish furniture and is bright, cool and spacious throughout and offers ample comfortable accomodation for 6 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, full cooker, kettle, coffee machine etc etc. The kitchen leads on to a shaded patio for ''al fresco'' dining and has a bbq.
The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets to the windows. There are 2 fully tiled bathrooms, the upstairs one housing the washing machine that guests are welcome to use.
The development has a near Olympic sized pool (5 metres short) with cafe and creperie restaurant, beach bar, market selling everyday food items, childrens' play area and also has the advantage of being on a public transport route.

|
Gundogan is one of the most sought after areas on the Bodrum Peninsula and is full of Turkish charm and character. It is also a centre for water-sports and there is a sailing school on the beach in Gundogan.
There is a selection of fish restaurants built on jetties at the water's edge where you can watch the windsurfers in the bay and the local fishing boats coming into the harbour. In the village there are some shops and markets, pharmacies, 2 internet cafes and post office. On Wednesdays there is the village market where you can buy all your fresh fruit and vegetables, clothes and household items.
Bodrum - 20 minutes by car is a ''shoppers paradise'' where you can haggle for gold, leather, ceramics and lots of clothes. Alternatively take the ferry over to the island of Kos for the day.
At night Bodrum comes alive with restaurants, cafes, clubs and bars. If you fancy some excitement, visit Halikarnas - the largest open-air night-club in Europe.
If you are looking for history and culture, Turkey offers evidence of civilisations going back 100s of years. The castle and museums in Bodrum give an insight to the history going back to the times of the Cruscades.
