| Description of Villa Crisanaud: |
Set in a beautiful location close to the beach and golf courses. The villa is on a small complex with a shared swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms and a large roof terrace, also several balconies and a ground floor terrace with barbeque. Close to all amenities.
Our super 4 bedroomed villa is situated on a small private complex with swimming pool in Belek, 20mins from Antalya airport.
All furnishings and equipment are brand new for the 2005 season and are of a very high standard.
It is fully air-conditioned for your comfort in the summer and heated in the winter.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you may (or may not) need, and includes microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and all utensils.
The lounge is comfortably furnished to seat eight people.
Toilet facilities are available on this floor.
The second floor consists of a bathroom, one double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms.
The third floor has a twin bedroom which leads directly onto the large roof terrace. ( for safety reasons we recommend that unsupervised children do not sleep in this room)
The roof terrace is furnished with patio furniture and has a small kitchen with washing machine.
There are three balconies and a BBQ terrace in the villa also.
The villa is within walking distance of the local shops and the long sandy beach. In August the beach is the nesting grounds of the rare sea turtle and they can be seen at nighttime when they leave the sea to lay their eggs in the sand.
There are 6 Golf Courses within a 10-minute drive of the villa and guests are welcome at these.
The facilities at the 5* hotels further along the beach are available to non-residents for a small daily charge. These include a waterpark, zoo, horse riding, Turkish baths and many others.

TRANSFERS.
Transfers from Antalya airport can be pre-arranged with our keyholding company. Payable on arrival.
SMOKERS.
Although we do not have a ban on smoking we do request that if at all possible you smoke on the balconies or terraces rather than inside the villa, thank you for your consideration.
LINEN
We provide bed linen, hand and bath towels per person. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.
DISCOUNTS
We do give early booking and last minute discounts. Discounts may also be available if there are 4 persons or less in the villa.

|
The beach is about 500 metres, a short stroll through the pine forest which lines the coast in this area.
There is a large modern hospital less than 10 minutes away (which hopefully will never be needed).
The local shop, which also has a small cafe terrace, is at the end of the street, about 5 minute walk for day to day shopping.
There is a bus (or Dolmus) service from the main road (again 5 mins away from the villa) whch runs approx every 10 - 15 mins into various towns in the area. Belek and Kadriye town centres are close by. Antalya is a large town where there are numerous shops and other amenities.
In August the beach is the nesting grounds of the rare sea turtle and they can be seen at night time when they leave the sea to lay their eggs in the sand.
There are 6 International Standard Golf Courses within a 10 minute drive of the villa and guests are welcome at these. We can arrange golf packages and transfers to the golf courses at very reasonable rates. This would give you your tee off times before you even leave the UK and you will know exactly when you are playing with no risk of there being no vacancies when you got there.
We can also arrange excursions from the UK if you do not want to hire a car. However, it is very easy to arrange them yourself from the local towns if required.

The Antalya to Alanya region is becoming one of the most popular areas to holiday in because it is one of the special places in the world where the sun shines over 300 days a year.
Also the other benefits of the region are that within less than 2 hours you can:
Reach the spectacular mountains of Taurus,
Go for a picnic in a canyon by the river
Go fishing on the sea
Welcome the cute babies of caretta carettas (sea turtles) at the beach and help the locals to put them in the sea

Swim at the blue flagged beaches while the snow is still at the peaks of Taurus mountains
Shop till you drop in the local markets that are all along the coast
Go for a night out to the centre of Antalya, Side. Alanya or any other of the larger towns, where there are more then 1000 restaurants,

The ski resort of Saklikent is less than 2 hours away by car with fantastic skiing from december to april.
The mountains are worth a visit at any time of the year for their spectacular views over the coastline.
There are numerous historic sights in the area and many natural wonders also.
