This beautiful villa sits on a bluff overlooking an emerald and turquoise coloured ocean and a beautiful pale pink sand beach perfect for passing your days in the sun. The entire property sits on 2 hectares of a beautifully landscaped garden full of flowering bushes, coconut and palm trees. From the villa there are steps that lead down to an almost deserted beach where you can fish from the shore, snorkel, swim, sunbathe and investigate the coral reefs which lie directly in front of the house. The unique beauty and ever-changing colours of the sea and sky can be seen from every room of this beautifully decorated villa.
The villa, includes what was originally a separate small apartment, has central air conditioning and a gourmet kitchen with all new appliances, including a large microwave and computerized oven, to allow easy preparation for everything from a simple snack to a magnificent feast. In addition to the small apartment that is attached to the villa, there are three separate wings on three different levels, each with its own patio entrance and private bathroom. This design allows three or four couples or members of a large family, to have their own privacy. The Great Room, which looks out over the ocean, is where everyone can meet to socialise and dine.
The large patio in front of the house overlooking the ocean is furnished with tables, parasols, chairs and lounge chairs and is a wonderful tranquil place to relax or enjoy your meals al fresco under the sky.

Eleuthera, from the Greek word for freedom, has a population 10 500 and is in fact a chain of 3 islands – Eleuthera Island, Spanish Wells and Harbour Island. Eleuthera Island is full of white and pale pink sand beaches framed by casuarinas trees, high rolling green hills, sea-to-sea views, dramatic cliffs, and sheltered coves. Around 160 kilometres long but merely 3 kilometres wide, you are never far from the beach on this island. Gregory Town is the pineapple capital of Eleuthera and a bit farther south is Surfers Beach, one of the best surfing spots in the Bahamas. Governor's Harbour, the most well-known of the settlements is a small, quiet town with a collection of distinctive colonial homes, small restaurants and shops, quaint churches and colourful Bahamian buildings.
A short water taxi ride from north Eleuthera is Harbour Island, famous for its pink sand beach and quaint treelined streets and Spanish Wells, a quiet sleepy little island of fisherman and charming pastel cottages.
