Welcome to our beautiful 5 bed, 3 bath villa located at Highlands Reserve, Orlando, Florida with views overlooking the 9th fairway. A perfect location for golfers and families alike.
Theme parks, supermarkets, shops and restaurants are all only a few minutes away. You can visit the parks, play a game of golf, use the games room or simply relax by the pool. With Disney only 15 minutes away its the perfect base for enjoying the sunshine state.
Our fully air-conditioned home has five spacious bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 people.
There are two large living areas. The family room has two comfortable sofas, cable TV, DVD, VCR, ceiling fan and leads to the pool area through an alarmed door. The lounge has two more comfortable sofas and a music system. The adjoining dining room is ideal for more formal meals.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer with ice machine, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, toaster, iron and ironing board. Abreakfast nook adjoins the kitchen for more relaxed meals. The utility room contains a washing machine and tumble drier.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, DVD and an en-suite bathroom comprising large corner bath, walk in shower and double vanity basins.
The second master bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, DVD and also has its own en-suite bathroom comprising bath, shower and single vanity basin.
There are a further three bedrooms, two with cable TV, with twin beds and ceiling fans, plus there is a third bathroom, comprising bath, shower and double vanity basins.
All bedrooms have fitted closets with a floor safe fitted in the master closet for your convenience.
The private heated pool is set in a large pool deck with lovely open views over the 9th fairway. A gas BBQ, sun loungers, a table and chairs are provided for your comfort.
The villa also features a games area with table tennis, air hockey, electronic darts and foosball.
For our youngest guests we provide a crib and highchair.
Our home is fully equipped for your stay with linen, towels, pool towels and local phone calls.
Our excellent local management company is on hand to look after your needs.
Highlands Reserve also features a driving range, practice greens, communal pool , tennis court and a play park for the children.

Highlands Reserve is situated just off Highway 27 in the Davenport area of Orlando. Peaceful and secluded amongst the rolling countryside and orange groves of the golf course yet just minutes away from the I-4 and the bustling and lively 192. There is a shopping mall right next to the community with a super market, pizzeria, internet access, medical centre and many other shops. For some more serious shopping theres a super Walmart just a little further up the highway.
