Villa La Vera is a spacious 4 Bedroom villa with private pool, sauna, BBQ area and pool bar. 3 bathrooms (one en-suite), large open plan lounge/diner with A/C (hot and cold) and wood burning stove for Winter use. Fully equiped American kitchen.
The villa has a south facing garden with sunbeds and lots of garden furniture. Patio doors from the lounge lead to the garden, pool bar and pool area. The garden and pool bar has outside lighting. The pool is approx 8x4m and has a deep end approx 2.5m, there are Roman steps leading into the shallow end.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with A/C (hot and cold), en-suite, fitted wardrobe and a small terrace. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has twin beds plus a double fold-up bed settee and patio doors which open onto a large terrace overlooking the pool area. All the bedrooms have floor standing fans and heaters.

Villa La Vera is situated in a quiet residential area of Torreblanca, Fuengirola. A pleasant 15 minute walk down hill will take you to the clean and sandy local beaches and promenade where you can find many shops, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and a mini market for wine, beer, spirits, groceries and toiletries. The bigger supermarkets are within easy reach by car. For the elderly and families with very small children, car hire is recommended, although Fuengirola is only 5 minutes by taxi and fares are extremely reasonable. The road to and from the villa is all tarmac. The promenade from Torreblanca takes you straight into Fuengirola and bars and restuarants are plentiful along the way!
Torreblanca train station is a 15 minute walk from the villa and local trains run frequently from Malaga to Fuengirola and stop at stations in-between. The trains are clean, air conditioned and the fares are extremely cheap.
Villa La Vera is just a 15 minute drive from Malaga Airport with easy access to the N340 coast road and the many local attractions. Our villa is ideally located for a family holiday!
For those who play golf there are over 40 excellent golf courses all within easy reach from the villa. The nearest golf club is a 5 minute drive from the villa.
