This villa perched on the hillside looking down over Kalkan and out to sea is about fifteen minutes walk from Kalkan - downhill.
A very spacious villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, in amongst olive trees, south facing and with stunning views.
The villa has been well furnished and equipped to a high standard. All house items are brand new and never used before.
Sleeps 8 guests very comfortably and is a great location to relax in or from which to explore the locality
A spacious kitchen with oven, hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine is large enough to have a dining area for eight guests.
The lounge , with sofa bed, opens onto the patio and swimming pool, glorious views, and barbeque.
The lounge also has , satellite TV, CD/Cassette player and radio.
Stairs lead up to the second floor with two bedrooms, air-conditioning, and balcony. Separate bathroom. Roof top terrace.
The swimming pool is large with sun-beds and umbrellas and a large garden with garden furniture.
Transportation from the airport/return, boat hire, rental car para sailing and canoing tours can be arranged for the guests by the villa owner.

Kalkan by day is fun. The town center of Kalkan becomes surprisingly empty during the day as guests set off for daytime activities. Popular activities include beach-going, relaxing at beach clubs or swimming pools, water sports, exploring the ancient lands around Kalkan and boat and gullet trips. Don't forget to stop by Kalkan's Thursday Market to pick up some great bargains. Kalkan by night is exciting. The town center transforms at dusk as it begins to bustle with activity - there is much to do: shopping, dining, cafés, excellent bars, or just going for a stroll along the twisting active streets or by the peaceful harbour.
