THE APARTMENT
Bright and spacious privately owned holiday apartment comprising a large living/dining area with panoramic French doors and balcony access; 1 double bedroom with marina view, balcony access, and king size bed; 1 twin room with marina view; 2 spacious bathrooms (1 en suite); Open plan fully equipped kitchen and a balcony enjoying summer evening sun until
late.
Service:
On arrival in Puerto Banus you will be met by our English speaking representative, who will welcome you in to the apartment and be on call if needed. Extra Maid service and airport transfers can be arranged. Mobile Telephone available by Special Arrangement.
THE AREA
Puerto Banus at Your Feet - No Big Roads to Cross:
From your front door you step directly into the narrow white lanes of the port. Within a few steps, you will find a wealth of quality bars and restaurants to cater for every taste. ‘El Corte Ingles’ department store, designer boutiques, sandy beaches, swimming pool, tennis courts, cinema, and children’s playground, are in the immediate vicinity. Puerto Banus even has a Casino within walking distance. Or why not spend an evening on your private balcony, watching life on the plaza unfold whilst the sun sets over the mountains?
The Marbella / Costa del Sol Area:
Marbellas Micro climate makes Puerto Banus a year round resort, wonderfully hot in summer and pleasantly mild in winter. Within comfortable driving distance you can make excursions to Seville, Cordoba and Granada with the Alhambra palace, the famous white villages, or visit Gibraltar. Marbella is a short drive away for more shopping, restaurants and picturesque Marbella Old Town. The Costa del Sol has several theme and aqua parks and boasts golf courses in abundance. Morocco is a 20 min ferry ride away from Algeciras. Skiing is only 2 hours drive away in the Sierra Nevada.

We ask for 25% (min.£150) deposit on booking, which is carried forward as a damage/security deposit and returned to you upon your return home. £30 cleaning fee per week for up to 4 people. Rental price quoted is for up to 4 guests, for up to 6 guests the rental is 20% extra per extra adult.
Extra days charged Pro Rata. Longer Term Rentals under seperate negotiation. Change over day flexible.
Payment received in GB Pounds, Euros, or Danish Kroner.
The Apartment is not suitable for parties of under 23s
