Brac is an island in the Adriatic Sea , with an area of 396km, making it the third largest island in Croatia. The point of Island Brac ''Vidova Gora'' with its 778 m, is the highest peak of all the Adriatic islands. Car-ferries run almost every hour from Split to Supetar, which is also well connected with other settlements on the island by daily bus lines. There is also a small airport near the resort of Bol, with several flights a week from Zagreb or other European towns in the summer.
Supetar is the main harbour on the island of Brac, only one hour far away from Split with ferryboat. When you come to Supetar you will find oasis of peace without city noise, without smoke, dust and smog. With own beauty, this place gives you some pebble beaches with clear and clean sea surrounded by pine woods and everything else needed for nice staying, rest and entertainment.
