Town duplex was completed June 2005 and is a private apartment set on two floors with sea views. It is ideally situated for holiday and vacation rentals in Altinkum and is just a short distance from the sea/beach.
This spacious fully furnished duplex offers light and airy accommodation and it can easily accommodate 6 people consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double one twin, lounge, 2 bathrooms each with shower, basin and wc. Separate dining kitchen with balcony which receives the sun first thing in the morning making this an ideal place for eating breakfast. On the second floor is the spacious lounge which opens out through French windows on to the sun terrace which has the sun from sunrise to sunset. If further beds are required there are two very comfortable bed settees in the lounge area.
There are restaurants and bars within a 5 minutes walk. If you wish to be in the hustle and bustle of the nightlife you will find more restaurants, bars and discos within a further 5-minute walk on and past the main beach. There is use of the swimming pool at the Meryemana Hotel. This two bedroom duplex has everything needed for a great self-catering holiday
There are 3 superb beaches that are crystal clear and have golden sand offering excellent water sports and scuba diving. Boat trips are available from the harbour and are quite popular. For those who are interested in historical sites, the Temple of Appollo is a must and is just a short bus (Dolmus) ride away The local Dolmus (bus) gives easy access to the new Aqua Park, third beach and local attractions.
Facilities
External security door, air conditioning, solar water heating panels, mosquito nets, sunbeds. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, cooker, extractor fan, washing machine and iron all towels and bed linen supplied. There is no pool at the apartment but you may use the swimming pool at the Meryemana Hotel opposite the duplex

ALTINKUM means “golden sands” and with its three beaches which gently shelve into the inviting turquoise blue Aegean, you will soon see how the resort got its name. It is ideal for families and children and daily boat tips visit beautiful local bays in the area, water sports, diving courses, fishing tours are also available. The fabulous main beach is known as First Beach and is the largest beach in the resort. Second Beach is situated in front of the Orion Hotel running to the Tuntas Hotel. Third Beach is at the opposite end of the resort to Second Beach, past the Luna Park. There are two restaurants at this beach that offer a free bus service and there is also a local bus service (called a dolmus) from the resort centre. sunbeds and umbrellas are available for rent and once settled there will be no need for you to move until sunset. The beachfront is dotted with many sidewalk cafes where one can dine and wine under the clear moonlit skies.
Altinkum has something for everyone; Dolphin Square is the main centre of Altinkum where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. To the front of Dolphin Square, off the right hand side of First Beach just before the harbour you will find a Turkish tea garden called Palm Café which has a play area for the kids and serves a range of delicious Italian style cakes, traditional desserts and ice creams. The local market is held in Didim every Saturday, which is only a 10 minute ride from the resort centre.
The area is also well known for its ancient ruins the most important being Ephesus. A stones throw away is Didim, where the ruins of the famous Temple of Apollo are found. The Temple of Apollo is one of the most outstanding buildings of the ancient Greek world, not only in size but in architectural style as well and can be explored during the day to closely examine the ruins and then at night enjoy a meal at the Asik and Kamaci Restaurants, which overlook the temple and serve delicious seafood. An un-missable photo opportunity is the stunning sight of the natural white calcium rock pools at Pamukkale
