Sunset Breeze Villa is a luxury property situated 10-15 minutes walk from beautiful Calis Beach (pronounced chall-ish). The villa is named after the gorgeous sunsets that can be enjoyed from Calis Beach where the sun sinks like a huge golden orb into the glittering Mediterranean Sea. Calis Beach is also renowned for the pleasantly cooling breeze that blows stronger as the temperature rises.
Calis Beach is situated within the Fethiye area on the Turquoise Coast region of southwest Turkey. The surrounding area offers a multitude of activities, including swimming, diving, boat trips, restaurants, cafes, and nightclubs
Sunset Breeze Villa is a newly built detached villa that has been constructed and furnished to the highest standard. There are three spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite washrooms equipped with showers, each of the two first floor bedrooms have double beds, and the top-floor bedroom has two single beds. Up to three more guests can also be accommodated in the lounge, which also has a washroom equipped with a shower.
The many other features of the villa include: illuminated private pool, two south-facing balconies, one large terrace with stone fireplace/barbeque, private back yard, air conditioning/heating, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen, all bedding, towels, and a cleaning service
At the villa:
Enjoy long days relaxing on the terrace or either of the two south facing balconies. Then take a swim in the private pool to cool down
If you would like a quiet night in, then why not enjoy a barbeque on the terrace or whip up a gourmet meal in the modern kitchen using the delicious local produce

Walking distance from the villa:
A ten minute walk will take you to Calis beach where you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, snorkelling and various other water sports.
You can also stroll along the promenade and stop in any of the many restaurants and bars.
The north end of the beach is a protected area where turtles lay their eggs, and if you're lucky you may even see a baby turtle making its way into the sea!
In Fethiye & Surrounding area:
Calis Beach is 10 minutes by road from the pretty Turkish harbour town of Fethiye, which nestles by the sea under the shadow of Baba Dag (6000 ft).
Fethiye has historic rock temples, a colourful local market, pretty harbourside restaurants and is a centre for boat trips, diving and hangliding.
From Fethiye, a further 20 minutes drive will take you to the picture postcard Blue Lagoon of Oludeniz with its Turquoise water and literally stunning views.
Saklikent Gorge is within one hour of Fethiye and is famous for its spectacular views, trout cafes , nearby antiquities, and white water rafting.
Getting Around
The easiest way to get around Fethiye is by Dolmus (Turkish mini-bus), which stops very near the villa (5 minute walk). The Dolmus will take you into the centre of Fethiye.
A more scenic route is to take the water taxi from Calis Beach to Fethiye. A normal taxi is also available
From Fethiye, a Dolmus can be taken to Oludeniz and Hisoranu
Fethiye also offers coach service to other attractions in the surrounding area
Car rental is also easily available if you plan on exploring the area
