This luxuriously furnished three bedroom house is on the exclusive championship golf course development La Colina and has spectacular views over Caleta and the harbour.
There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and every facility you will need to enjoy your holiday.
The garden has a brick built BBQ so you can enjoy lazy sunny afternoons and evenings outdoors, wooden terrace furniture and a private car port.
The lounge is luxuriously decorated, comes with leather suites, television and has views over the terrace and garden.
The master bedroom has a double bed and opens on to the terrace overlooking the garden and the other two have twin beds.
Most of the rooms have ceiling fans.
The luxurious kitchen has been fitted with the highest standards in units. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster and comes with all cutlery etc.
A 15 minute walk will take you alongside or through the golf course to the beach or to the Atlantico Centre with its shopping facilities, ten pin bowling alley, cinema and restaurants. Taxis, which are cheap, run from here to take into Caleta or back home. There is also a free bus service.
Caleta itself is also about a 15 minute walk with its array of shops, bars and restaurants.
There is a private swimming pool on the small complex which is just a short stroll from the golf course.
This house is ideally suited to the discerning holidaymaker with no expense spared in furnishing it.

Caleta de Fuste is ideally placed for exploring this unspoiled island. Excellent bus and coach services run to the sand dunes in the north and the marvellous beaces in the south and if you hire a car, you can find dozens of deserted coves, isolated beachs – and even a shipwreck.
Water sports abound in this area with everything from sea fishing to scuba diving, windsurfing and jet ski. You can even take a catamaran out and swim with dolphins!
Also on the beach is mini-golf, tennis, sauna and bubble baths and volley ball.
The 18 hole PGA Championship golf course is just a few minutes drive away by taxi but there is also a fre service there.
The nearby Atlantico shopping centre with its boutiques, restaurants, bars, supermarket, ten-pin bowling, multi-screen cinema, amusement arcade and gardens and beaches is also a few minutes drive although you can walk along the beach to it or catch the free bus service there.
The town has bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. Restaurants range from fish, steak and tapas bars to Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Thai, Greek, Indian, Mexican and good old British pub grub!
In the evening, there are a variety of bars offering various entertainment or you could just chose to sit in one of the many cafes and quiet bars and watch the world go by.
