The apartment is located in a three-storey, attractive building with traditional features. The apartment comprises accommodation on one level with lift access to all floors.

Facilities in the property
The lounge and dining room are open plan with a breakfast bar separating this area from the fitted kitchen which is fully equipped with a hob and oven, washer, fridge/freezer, etc.
A utility room is located just off the kitchen. The two bedrooms are located at either end of the apartment. Both have fitted wardrobes and share a bathroom fitted with bath, basin, toilet and bidet.
Patio doors lead out from the lounge area onto the terrace, which is furnished for outdoor dining. There is a communal terrace with heated pool and Jacuzzi on the roof.
The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning / heating facility, a television (featuring both Spanish and English channels) and midi hi-fi (a small selection of CDs are provided).

Dolores also has many everyday amenities including shops, bars, a pharmacy and a medical centre.
The larger town of Almoradi is just 4 miles away, offering a vast array of amenities. The nearest of many quality beaches is just ten-minutes drive away at Guardamar.
A quick ten minute drive will bring you to Torrevieja with its many attractions, blueflag beaches and lively nightlife.
Benidorm is only a 45-minute drive away and boasts an exotic bird and sea life park, aqua park and theme park.
For major shopping expeditions try Elche or Alicante which are only 20 to 30minutes in the car.
For those who like a game of golf the area is surrounded by top class / championship golf courses There are many championship golf courses within easy reach by car , these include La Finca, Vilamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Algorfa, La Marquessa and Altorreal. All are 18-hole courses and welcome non-members, most cost in the region of 50-66Є per round – please bring your handicap card with you.
