This beautiful, spacious two bedroom villa is set on three floors and has two bathrooms, two lounges and two terraces.
It is within an easy walk of Caleta resort centre and the beach and can sleep up to five.
Set on three floors it has been finished to the highest standards and has superb sea views from the two terraces.
The spacious American-style lounge/kitchen opens on to a terrace with BBQ and lovely sea views.
The kitchen is well equipped with four ring hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer and all cooking utensils. The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa, television and there is also a toilet/washroom. Patio doors open on to the terrace where there is table seating for six. From this terrace, stairs lead to the upstairs sun terrace where there are sunbeds.
The down stairs lead to a second, small reading lounge which also has a sofa bed.
The spacious main bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes while the second
bedroom has twin beds. The well-equipped bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin.
Both bedrooms and the bathroom open on to an outside court yard where there is a washing machine and separate washing facilities.
This lovely villa is in an ideal position just outside Caleta centre but within easy walking distance of both the resort and beach.

|
Caleta de Fuste is an ideal holiday resort to unwind and relax. The golden sandy beach slopes gently to the sea and has some of the safest bathing in Europe.
In the resort itself, you can find a choice of bars - quiet or with entertainment - and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets; from traditional steak, fish and tapas bars to Chinese, Thai, Indian, Mexican, Portuguese as well as British restaurant and bars offering pub-grub!
The promenade along the sandy beach leads to the harbour area where you can sit with a cool drink and watch the world go by or catch a boat out to go swimming with dolphins!
Around the harbour, water sports abound with everything from wind surfing to scuba diving and jet-ski. Further on and the sandy beach gives way to rocky coves where there is excellent tuna fishing.
In the opposite direction along the beach are sandy bays leding to the Atlantico shopping centre where you can find boutiques, more restaurants, a large supermarket, ten pin bowling, a cinema and amusement arcade.
Fuerteventura's 18 hole PGA championship golf course is just a few minutes away by taxi. There is also mini-golf, tennis, quad bike hire, camel rides, a sauna and bubble jet centre and tame chipmonks waiting to be fed by hand!
