VILLA DESCRIPTION
The villa is located a 5minute drive up from the coastal road of Nerja. This is just 10 minutes
drive from the town centre. The villa is designed over three floors with a twin bedroom; shower
room, kitchen and lounge-dining room on the ground floor. Wide marble stairs lead up to the
twin and double bedroom which has it's own balcony, and 2 large bathrooms. The stairs lead
down to large lower level with multi purpose room, able to sleep 4 children.
The large terrace is southeast facing enjoying a sunny view all day. A lovely 5x4 metre pool
provides the perfect place to cool down whilst admiring the stunning views. There is also an
outside table with seating for 6. The property is air-conditioned and centrally heated through out
