Kitchen, Sitting Room and Dining Room with double doors to spacious balcony with fantastic views. Garage and outside parking and a lockable ground floor utility area for you to keep skis, sledges, mountain bikes, walking boots etc. There is also a private fenced garden for BBQs, children to run around in or just lounging.

In the Summer, Bernex, near Evian, offer plenty of activities - tennis, petanque, horse riding, mountain biking, parapente, fishing and rafting, together with recreational and cultural activities. Lake Geneva (Lac Leman) and Evian are just 15 mins away with golf, sailing and numerous other water sports, not to mention spa and thermal baths. There is swimming with beach at Lac de la Beunaz, just 5 mins from chalet and the famous Dent d'Oche at 2222 metres high for those keen for a challenge on the doorstep.
In the Winter Bernex offers its own ski resort with 50kms of downhill to suit all levels - including black and red! Fabulous views of both Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. Winter walking and Cross Country skiing are other activities available in Bernex, on the plateau du Gavot, together with sleigh rides and sledging. An ideal resort for all! Links to the vast Portes du Soleil ski area are within just over half an hour at La Chapelle d'Abondance.
