This complex was completed and opened in june 2004.This large 1 bedroom apartment was 1st rented out for the summer 2008 season,because I had such positive feed back about the quality and cleanliness of the apartment i have decided to let it out again for the coming year. The apartment is Beautifully appointed, The complex has 24 hrs manned security a restaurant/bar,tennis court, swimming pool and kids pool with a life guard on duty(correct as at 2005) and a variety of shops. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with oven 4 ring hob ,fridge freezer,all crockery,cutlery microwave, toaster and kettle, with a breakfast bar with seating for 4.The living area has a sofa bed and 2 armchairs which go together into a sofa bed,30'' tv with DVD player and a selection of dvds.also a cd player, full aircon door leading onto balcony.hallway leading to bathroom with bath and overhead shower. storage room with washing m/c safe box ,iron and ironing board. bedroom with double bed,tv hairdryer,wardrobe ample drawers full aircon and door leading to balcony. The apartment is on the 4th/top floor by way of stairs their is no lift .
This apartment will NOT ACCEPT SINGLE SEX GROUPS.
The apartment has full sets of linen for the beds this is changed on a regular basis and the apartment is also cleaned on a regular basis.
For your convenience private transfers can be arranged (at a very favourable rate)to pick you up and take you to the apartment with keith ,who will take you into the apartment and show you where everything is located and at the end of your holiday pick you up and transfer you to the airport in plenty of time.
