This 150 sq.m. villas ground level apartment is located east of Lefkas Island, 1km far from cosmopolitan Nydri, and enjoys full privacy. Situated within 2000 sq.m. of lawn area, amidst a beautiful garden of all kinds of trees and a unique wood beside the 60 sq.m. private swimming pool. The view at the sea and the small islands around (including Onassis Scorpios) is marvellous, the whole environment very serene and relaxing, quiet, ideal for children who need an outside space for playing. The owner, who teaches Greek literature and philosophy is the only person living on the third floor and is happy to share with you information about the local and Greek culture. The car is essential so that you can roam around the enchanting island of Lefkas, however the owner is willing to take care of it in advance, on your account. Finally, I think the more subjective one speaks about his property, the more attractive makes it for the objective viewer and that’s the crucial difference.

An excellent location for families - couples who want to be close to all the resort has to offer!! The bright sun, vivid colours, crystal sea and golden sandy beaches, silver coloured moon and the pure beauty of the untamed natural landscape - these are the features which have sculptured the emerald Greek island Lefkas. Lefkas is surrounded by blue waters, with white endless sandy beaches, mostly in the west. The beaches of Kathisma, Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Gyra, Gialos and Agiofylli pose a great problem to visitors. Where should they go first? Diving, sailing and windsurfing are available at the water sport centres in Nidri. A continuous-flow bridge connects Lefkada with mainland Greece which makes the Preveza (PVK) airport only 30 minutes away. Direct charter flights connect the island with most European capital cities, London and Manchester in the UK.
