Situated near Montana Pelada this Villa is beautifully appointed and in a very quiet area of El Medano. Although semi-detached, privacy is afforded by an extended wall, enclosing the heated swimming pool/ sun terrace as well as the garden and BBQ dining area. A sunbathers paradise and a safe haven for families.
The upstairs, comprises one very large Master double bedroom with an impressive vaulted ceiling and a balcony that has stunning panoramic sea views. Also upstairs is the Master bathroom. Downstairs the spacious open plan, kitchen, dining and lounge area lead off to the second twin bedded room and additional WC and shower room. The large patio doors from the lounge open onto the terrace and swimming pool area.
This Villa is only a few metres from the beach. A further 20mins walk (2 mins drive) takes you to the main Town Centre which offers many bars, restaurants and a 'blue flagged' family beach. Other amenities are shops, supermarkets, taxis/public transport.
