The air-conditioned property comprises a large open plan kitchen/dining living area with 2 pairs of French doors leading on to a covered veranda and terrace with outside dining and relaxation areas surrounding the private pool. The landscaped garden is planted with flowering shrubs and Jasmine and has an area of lawn set with olive and citrus trees. A herb garden is also in preparation for those of you who would like to try traditional Greek cooking.
The kitchen/dining area is fully fitted with seating for 6 people. The living area has 2 sofas one of which is a sofa bed for 2 persons. A separate toilet is also available on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms; one has a double bed with ensuite bath; shower and toilet ; the second has twin beds, ensuite shower and toilet .
Both bedrooms have a balcony with stunning views over the Bay of Argostoli and Aenos mountains.
The property has a private pool and is a short drive from the airport and the blue flag beach of Avithos. There is no need to worry about the proximity of the airport as it is on the other side of a hill from the villa and no aircraft noise is experienced.
Villa Jasmine is situated centrally 100 metres off the road which runs through the village of Lakithra. The village has several small general dealers, a cake/ chocolate shop, coffe shop, renowned International Restaurant, Byron's Restaurant, Obelisk fast food take away and cafe. Larger supermarkets can be found 5 minutes away on the main Argostoli - Poros road (Lidl,Carrefour etc)
Argostoli, the cosmopolitan capital of the island, with its ferryport is a short 10 minute drive away with its numerous shops, bars restaurants and facilities too numerous to mention.
The villa is ideally situated to explore the many delights of this beautiful Ionian Island. The villa overlooks olive trees on three sides and is adjacent to the only other villa in this location. It is ideally situated for walking and enjoying the surrounding countryside.

Kefalonia is an island that is off the beaten path and enthusiastically loved by most that visit. It is the largest of the Ionian Islands and features many interesting archaeological sites, as well as geological phenomena and offers more than just stunning beaches and picturesque villages. The southern part of the island, called Livathos is home to the capital city, the airport and many of the most fantastic beaches and cultural sights. Villa Jasmine has an ideal location. Being only ten minutes by car from either the capital city of Argostoli or the island airport (EFL) makes it a very comfortable point of departure. The village of Lakithra sits on the top of a hill giving this home absolutely amazing views from its elevated position and balconies. Lakithra itself is home to some great restaurants, a really good bakery & a few shops.
Local activities diving, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, paragliding. Ten pin bowling is also available in the nearby village of Travilata.
