Luxury, fully furnished 4th Floor apartment with air conditioning. Access available by lift or stairs. Very spacious 75m2 floor area including large corner terrace. Laminated floor through out and clean, simple décor give the apartment a modern yet comfortable feel.
1 bedroom plus sofa bed in lounge sleeps 4. Facility available to hire extra single bed or cot. Free linen supplied. Kitchen / Dining area includes dining table and 4 chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Full set of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils found in quality, modern style kitchen units.
Bathroom is fully tiled with underfloor heating, WC, large shower and sink. Plenty of hand and bath towels provided. Very large corner balcony includes patio furniture and with being 4th floor provides great views of the area. Apartment also includes hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, clothes maiden and dust pan and brush. Plenty of power points in the apartment.
Privilege Fort Beach (“PFB”) opened in 2005 and is a brand new holiday complex built by one of Bulgaria’s leading companies, Fort Noks. PFB complex consist of all privately owned apartments and access to the complex is only by magnetic key card with on-site security providing a safe and secure environment. The complex is very well looked after from the well maintained landscaped garden areas to the regularly cleaned swimming pools. The complex has a quality feel throughout.
Facilities on the complex include 3 swimming pools. There is a safe children’s pool, a pool with firing water cannons and a “lazy river” pool which snakes around the complex and its outstanding feature, the pirate ship! Features for the kids include a number of play areas with swings, slides and climbing frames. There is a mini-arcade with video machines, pinball and a pool table at typically cheap Bulgarian prices. For the slightly more active there is crazy golf and a tennis court which doubles as a football pitch.
An on-site supermarket provides essentials including your daily English newspaper should you not be able to do without it! There are 2 café / restaurants on site selling a wide variety of food from the basic stuff you want during the day such as English breakfast, toasted sandwiches, pizza, burgers etc through to more substantial meals including a good selection of local fish.
The pirate ship opens up at night as a restaurant serving BBQ dishes offering an intimate and unique dining experience. There are bars open all day serving the usual selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Prices are very reasonable with a large beer costing approx 80p.
Other facilities provided include an internet room, medical center, foreign exchange and office providing a full range of facilities including laundry. There are representatives from the UK property management company I use resident on site who are available to answer any questions you have or help you in the unlikely event of you having any problems.

PFB is located in the area of Elenite on the Black Sea coast in a relatively undeveloped and unspoilt area. It is a frontline complex with secure access to a beautiful uncrowded beach. A safe and warm sea makes it ideal for all the family. Sandwiched between the Balkan Mountains and the Black Sea, the climate is hot but not humid due to sea cooling breezes.
The properties adjacent to PFB are Zornita Sands and Messambria Fort Beach. Zornita Sands is a spa hotel and offers great value dining and is welcoming to guests from PFB. Messambria is another Fort Noks complex slightly smaller than PFB and contains 2 more swimming pools including slides. Messambria is a 2 minute walk from PFB. As a guest of PFB you have free access to all Fort Noks complexes along the Sunny Beach coastline.
The other major complex in Elenite is the Royal Park, which is a very large all-inclusive resort which even has its own water park. Access to the Royal Park is available for a reasonable fee which gives access to the water park as well as other facilities on the Royal Park.
Sunny Beach is the busiest resort in the area and situated approx 10km south of Elenite. It can be reached by the local cheap bus service or by taxi. Sunny Beach is similar to many of the typical Mediterranean resorts providing everything we have come to expect from such resorts. A long clean beach offers all the water sports you would wish for with beds and parasols available for a small charge. Shopping is very cheap in Bulgaria and Sunny Beach offers plenty of choice with “branded” clothes a particular favourite. There is a wide array of restaurants from the favourites like Mcdonalds / KFC to Chinese and Indian restaurants to places serving local cuisine. Bars are aplenty and stay open very late offering the usual Sky Sports showings. Sunny Beach has something for everyone but is very busy and Elenite always provides a welcome retreat after spending a day of hustle and bustle in Sunny Beach.
Other towns nearby worth a visit are Nessebar, a town classified as a UNESCO world heritage site and Sveti Vlas a place very popular with Bulgarian holidaymakers due to its excellent choice of restaurants and shops.
