Rojay Villa is set in the beautiful Turkish village of Yesilkent, a 5 min bus ride away from the main tourist area of Altinkum. The villa has a large terrace area with its own private 32sq mtr swimming pool, outside shower, sunbeds etc. Pool maintenance is performed on a daily basis at no charge to yourselves.
Inside you will find spacious and very comfortable open plan styled lounge, dinning area and fully equipped kitchen. Double doors open onto the sun terrace. It benefits from having Satellite TV, and a DVD player. There is a toilet/wet room on the ground floor.
On the first floor you will find large king-sized bedroom with en-suite wet room. There is a balcony overlooking rear of the villa. The 2nd bedroom is a large twin room with balcony overlooking the front of the villa and the 3rd bedroom is a large double room situated in turret. All rooms are fitted with air conditioning units and fans.
The family bathroom has a large jacuzzi bath with shower over.
Mosquito nets are fitted to the patio doors and all windows for your comfort.

Rojay Villa is set in the peaceful Turkish village, Yesilkent, (translated means Green Gardens), which is an attractive private estate, with two small shops in which you can purchase the main essentials. There is a private sandy cove just a 5 minute stroll away where you can swim in the clean turquoise Aegean sea. Here you will find the 'Blue Restaurant' and bar, with its hospitality second to none. Sun-beds are provided free for their customers to use at the cove.
The main resort of Altinkum is only a 5 min bus, (known as Dolmus),ride away. This is a large holiday resort with golden sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, night clubs, Turkish baths, and many shops. It is famous for its large Saturday market, where a little bartering can produce many bargains.
